Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Each piece is inspected and carefully packed before it leaves our facility. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next working day.

Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within:

• Metro cities — 3 to 5 business days
• Other locations — 5 to 8 business days

Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order value. Any applicable free-shipping threshold will be shown at checkout.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email or SMS. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking status to update after dispatch.

While we aim to meet the timelines above, deliveries may occasionally be delayed due to courier disruptions, weather, or regional restrictions beyond our control. We'll keep you informed if this affects your order.

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos, where applicable, so we can resolve it promptly.
